The Business Support Specialist will be responsible for, supporting site projects, Trending KPI’s and governance process for SLT performance, SLT cost management and controls, Supporting Site Lead on day-to-day planning and partnering with Site leads across the network engagements and supporting key engagement projects and integration activities
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Lead
Support the SLT Operational Readiness Plan for the duration of startup activities up until commercial manufacturing.
Organising and managing large meeting (internal and external participants) and events (site visits)
Support key engagement programmes and projects on site in partnership with teams
Qualifications
Business Administration and/or project management diploma desirable
At least 5 years of experience working in site administration/projects
Efficiency in communicating complex information to staff at different levels
Organisation Skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities and know when to escalate issues for resolution.
Proven record of accomplishments in a regulated industry.
Strong analytical/statistical problem-solving skills, coaching and facilitation skills.
Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint.
Solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
Anticipates and prioritizes work to be done and applies knowledge/skills to more complex problems
Excellent organising, planning skills, communication and presentation skills. Proven success working in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs.
Strong stakeholder management skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders that support the site.
