23329-IT Lab Systems Lead-Meath Contractor

Purpose

We are seeking a Laboratory Systems Lead to join our Technical Operations Team at a cutting-edge biologics manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in implementing and configuring laboratory systems to support raw material, in-process, and drug product testing, ensuring compliance with cGMP and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for laboratory data management systems (e.g., LIMS, Waters Empower, LabX, Softmax Pro).
• Design and maintain Lab IT Systems to support tech transfer, commercialization, and biologics manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SDLC, and global regulatory requirements (ICH, USP).
• Drive continuous improvement in laboratory systems, including change control, CAPAs, and audit readiness.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to laboratory teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in laboratory systems (LIMS, LabX, Empower) within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Knowledge of analytical methods (HPLC, ELISA, PCR, etc.) and regulatory standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
