This role will be Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office in Waterford

Responsibilities

Lead BIM coordination efforts using Revit and Navisworks to ensure seamless project delivery.
Conduct clash detection and resolve issues efficiently across multidisciplinary teams.
Develop and maintain EIRs (Exchange Information Requirements) and BEPs (BIM Execution Plans).
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay informed on emerging BIM technologies, workflows, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar role within the AEC industry.
Bachelor’s degree in architectural technology, Architecture, M&E Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to challenges.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience coordinating teams and managing project workflows.
